The Academic Rise educational webinar series will host an online seminar titled “The Role of Research Article Visibility in Scientific & Technological Leadership.” The event will feature Dr. Morteza Taheri, Full Professor at the University of Tehran, Deputy Head of the Research Policy Office at the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, and Advisor to the President of ISC on international communications and the development of the ISC citation system in Islamic countries.
The webinar will be held on Wednesday, February 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM (Iran Time). Participants will receive an official online certificate upon attendance.
