The journal of Emerging Technologies and Governance is an international, open-access, peer-reviewed quarterly journal, established in 2026, with the goal of advancing scholarly literature on governance in the era of digital transformation. This journal provides a credible platform for the in-depth exploration of the social, legal, policy, and ethical implications of emerging technologies.

Emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, distributed digital infrastructures, advanced cryptography, and quantum computing have the potential to significantly enhance public services, strengthen government decision-making, improve transparency, and build public trust. However, they also present complex challenges, including algorithmic bias, privacy concerns, opacity in automated decision-making, accountability, and regulatory hurdles.

The journal welcomes contributions that provide valuable insights into the role of technology in governance, as well as the impact of governance models on technology policy and regulation. Articles may cover a wide range of topics, including but not limited to digital governance, data privacy, algorithmic regulation, and the implications of emerging technologies for public trust and government accountability.
